After doing our laundry today, I was able to start working on washing my family’s new clothes. 5 people x 3 outfits each = 15 outfits! It’s crazy, but I’m glad to do it. Especially because it means they’re coming to visit us! 🙂
Today was my first day using a laundry agitator and so far, I’m loving it! It looks kind of like a fancy toilet plunger but it’s made of hard plastic and has holes that allow it to push the water through the clothes. We picked it up yesterday when we got all the dog stuff. Using it is definitely a workout but it helps save time over having to agitate each item one by one. Definitely worth it!
Unfortunately, some of the contamination from Target followed us home and I had to wash my hair, wipe down and change after handling the new clothes because I got really itchy. Now I’m just hoping desperately that whatever it is will completely wash out of the new clothes! I don’t know what we’re going to do if it doesn’t.
By the way, Brett and I made a beautiful PDF of my favorite resources for suffering souls. I created the content and he made it look fancy with his superduper graphic design skills.
