Day 115 | A Magnificent Sunset

Registration for The Young Writer’s Workshop closed last night. Phew! We made it! Things are always really crazy when Brett is preparing for new students and we had a lot of really late nights this week. Brett was able to keep getting up early but I wasn’t. So I was sleeping in which meant I had fewer hours in each day to get stuff done.

Thankfully, Brett was able to help me catch up on chores today. We finally got all on top of all the laundry. Then we did all the dishes and tidied up our campsite. It took almost all day!

I hate having to work so much on Sunday since I’ve always considered Sunday to be a special day for rest. And I need rest now more than ever!

Thankfully we were able to have a pretty restful evening and we got to enjoy one of the most beautiful sunsets we’ve ever seen. The sun was going down as it was getting ready to thunderstorm and the result was breathtaking!
